This is a contract opportunity with a commercial software company in Northern Virginia. 

Contract length is 6+ months with the potential for conversion to FTE depending on performance and business conditions.

Your Challenge

  • Build and maintain a healthy technical talent pipeline for various teams
  • Generate interest in passive technical candidates to hire into our ecosystem
  • Enhance the talent acquisition team’s ability to rapidly target, identify, source, and present the most talented candidates for current and future requirements
  • Develop search strategies, and build target lists of top talent in the area
 
Essentials Skills and Experiences
  • Possess 3-5 years of technical sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and aptitude
  • Command exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of identifying and closing exceptional candidates
  • Versed in Boolean logic to use for name and contact generation
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative sourcing strategy skills
  • Familiar with diverse technology stacks and tools
