We are growing even faster this year and are looking for a Recruiter to join our in-house team to help us make next year’s list! We just graduated from “startup” status and we’re looking for creative ways to grow as we enter our next phase.  We have established an excellent reputation and have many well-known companies we are proud to call our Clients. Our ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature and at the same time able to follow a proven recipe for success. 
 
This role is great for you ifyou value making a difference, are an experienced recruiter in the staffing, RPO, or corporate industries but you are not satisfied with the commoditization of the industry.  Also, you want to build something “different” from today’s high volume staffing and recruitment outsourcing businesses.  Lastly, you truly believe in developing win-win relationships with candidates as opposed to just closing deals. 
 
We recommend looking for a different spot ifyou have a history of job-hopping, are seeking the highest salary versus total compensation and the opportunity to build something better.  Also, if you like the politics, quotas and policies associated with a large company, we are definitely not the right place for you. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting industry experience (some experience in a staffing agency is highly preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and utilizing creative recruitment strategies to identify new candidates for StartFinder
  • Excellent references from previous supervisors
  • Ability to work in a high volume professional work environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of performance and history of building win-win relationships
  • Ability to work independently. It is imperative that you have the maturity, drive and work ethic to manage your time, priorities and goals on a daily basis.
  • You will meet with candidates, clients and team members on a regular basis.
  • Desire and ability to become a “thought leader” in the talent acquisition industry
  • Understanding of the latest staffing industry recruitment best practices
  • Experience using ATS systems
