About the Opportunity...As a Sourcing Recruiter you will own the recruiting process from candidate identification through interview coordination/facilitation. Your efforts will be 100% focused in support of federal contracts within the DoD and the Intelligence Community. You must be supremely confident in all areas of your craft. You will have access to a variety of resources including the ATS, LinkedIn and other specialized tools job boards. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the option for an extension or conversion. This is a 100% remote position.

Required Skills / Requirements (requirements vary per client)
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience supporting contracts with DHS, DoD, and the Intelligence Community.
  • Exceptional sourcing abilities. Keen Understanding of the concept of building and maintaining pipelines.
  • Experience recruiting a variety of technical candidates with the highest level of security clearance is required. If this is not your network or your passion, this is not the right job for you.
  • Experience working with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System.
  • Excellent references from previous supervisors (We only work with recruiters who can provide GREAT references).
  • Ability to work in a high volume professional work environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of performance by discussing metrics and success stories.
