Our Client seeks an experienced Intel Recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting within their intelligence acquisition space. The Intel Recruiter will be a strategic business partner, driving successful delivery to support business goals and objectives.  The Recruiter will:
  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting for open positions across the intelligence acquisition disciplines including funded, proposal and projected (pipeline) job openings
  • Leverage market intelligence to shape and inform talent acquisition strategies and business decisions, applying learned and acquired business acumen associated with the work programs
  • Lead weekly meetings hiring managers
  • Ensure timely and accurate applicant tracking system (iCIMS) data entry
  • Maintain assigned talent acquisition metrics
  • Partner with the corporate facility security team ensuring accurate and timely information exchange regarding candidates in the clearance process
Basic Qualifications
  • 7 years’ related work experience, 2 years’ experience recruiting in the intelligence community
  • Previous experience recruiting for a federal government contractor, experience in proposal recruitment (to include incumbent captures)
  • Experience with OFCCP approved Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS)
  • Understanding of federal, state and local employment laws
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience recruiting contract, acquisition, and procurement talent
  • Ability to recommend and implement creative talent acquisition strategies that strengthen their competitive advantage in the intelligence community
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and process management skills as well as keen attention to detail
  • Proven interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships with candidates, internal customers, and business partners
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and with collaborative teams
  • Self-Starter with a track record of producing results that meet or exceed the business goals and objectives Possess positive attitude, focused on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
