This is a great opportunity for the area’s top recruiters to do great work for our clients (mostly “household” names) that include industry leading professional services (Big Four firms) defense contractors, high tech, and Fortune 500 talent acquisition organizations.

This role is great for you if ... you love the staffing industry, but are tired of working in the same old, factory like staffing environments…You are a passionate recruiter or salesperson that wants to make a REAL impact for a small company…You motivated to perform at a high level every day—without big brother or sister looking over your shoulder every day. Lastly, you are excited to take part in an aggressive, pay for performance compensation model.

Required Skills / Requirements (requirements vary per client)

3+ years of recruitment industry experience—preferably with a staffing or large company
Experience recruiting IT, finance, management consulting, executives, sales, or other professional level candidates.
Must live in the DC/Baltimore area or be able to meet once a month in the area.
Experience with consultative client and/or candidate relationship management strategies
Experience sourcing candidates or new clients from creative resources —We’d love to hear about them in your submission.
Excellent references from previous supervisors (sorry, but we can only work with recruiters that can provide GREAT references).
Ability to work in a high volume professional work environment.
Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of performance.
